His Excellency Prof Babagana Umara Zulum, Mni FNSE CON, the Executive Governor of Borno State, was honored with the prestigious “Innovative and Infrastructural Development Governor of the Year Award 2023.” The award, received on his behalf by Prof Usman Tar, the Honourable Commissioner of Information and Internal Security, alongside Honourable Commissioner of Youth and Development Saina Buba, celebrated Governor Zulum’s unwavering dedication to pioneering innovations and advancing infrastructural growth in the state.
His Excellency Alh Mai Mala Bunu, CON, the Executive Governor of Yobe State, was acknowledged with the esteemed “Digital AI Ambassador Award 2023.” This recognition highlighted Governor Bunu’s significant contributions and advocacy for digital advancements, particularly in the realm of Artificial Intelligence.
His Excellency Dr Agbo Kefas, the Executive Governor of Taraba State, received the notable “Digital and Innovative Focus Governor of the Year Award 2023.” The representation by Honourable Gideon Samuel Nonso, the Commissioner for Digital Economy and Innovation and Honourable Commissioner of Science and Technology Honourable Usman Muslim Abdullahi, underscored Governor Kefas’ steadfast commitment to driving digital innovation within the state.
